MRSU UNIVERSITY DEVELOPS COOPERATION WITH INDIAN UNIVERSITIES

MRSU Rector Dmitry Glushko meets director of the international relations department of the SRM institute of science and technology (Chennai, India) Mr. Lakshmi Narashiman.

1.jpgThe parties discussed the signing of an agreement between our universities on cooperation in postgraduate studies in the field of biotechnology, energy, and chemistry. They also outlined the solution to important issues — internships for our medical students who are fr om Chennai, and student exchange programs between our universities.

3.jpgCurrently, diligent work continues to establish a Russian language center as well in the city of Chennai on the basis of the SRM Institute of Science and Technology. The opening is scheduled for July 2024: courses will start on its basis for all those who want to enroll and receive higher education in Russia

Mr. Glusko also met with the executive director of SRM institute of science and technology (Chennai) Dr. S. Ponnusamy, wh ere issues of further cooperation were discussed. At today’s meeting, a protocol was signed for continued cooperation in the fields of education and science. The agreements reached will contribute to strengthening and advancement of cooperation in the areas of education, research, and culture.
